Padling in Southern Norway
The Southern coast of Norway offers paddling experiences for several years and is suitable all year round! From Risør to Lindesnes, there are only shorter stretches directly exposed to the open sea. From Lindesnes to Flekkefjord, the landscape changes significantly, and you are more exposed. However, there are also opportunities to take shortcuts through canals around Lindesnes and carry the kayak over a land strip at the end of Listalandet. Additionally, there is almost no difference between high and low tides, long summers, warm water, and short distances to the next opportunity for resupplying. And as if that wasn't enough, in this archipelago, you will find several hundred accessible camping sites, some of which are even located on the mainland.
