Spring in Kristiansand is shaped by a mild coastal climate, with gradually rising temperatures and longer daylight hours than many other parts of Norway. Its seaside location gives the city an early and refreshing start to the season.

As spring arrives, outdoor cafés begin to fill up, walks along Bystranda become more inviting, and boat trips into the archipelago return. The season also marks the beginning of a lively cultural calendar and a wider range of activities in the city centre.

With its mix of shopping, local dining and easy access to nature, Kristiansand is an appealing destination for a spring getaway.
