We can request proposals on your behalf from hotels, conference and congress venues, sports facilities and activity providers. Contact us for advice, information about venue capacity and support in getting your planning underway.
How we can support you before the event:

- Proposals from hotels and conference venues, as well as suggestions for activities
- Coordination of site visits
- An official invitation from the Mayor of Kristiansand
- Destination presentations featuring images and video from Kristiansand
Once Kristiansand has been selected as the host city:
- Introductions to a local event agency, Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) or Destination Management Company (DMC)
- Strategic guidance throughout the planning process
- Coordination of communication with relevant public authorities
- For international events, support with applications to the municipality for complimentary use of municipal venues, public transport or a reception hosted by the Mayor at City Hall
