November in Lyngdal brings warm moments, great flavours and cultural experiences — right between autumn and Christmas. Here you’ll find little breaks from everyday life, concerts, performances and activities for both young and old.

What’s on in November?

Taste of Lyngdal

From 10–16 November, local restaurants invite you to a week full of delicious flavours!

During Taste of Lyngdal, you can enjoy everything from autumn pie and pork neck to fish soup and panna cotta – all made with care and local ingredients.

This year’s participants are:

  • Edgars Bakery & Pastry – autumn pie, croque monsieur and baked goods

  • Jonas B. – BBQ spareribs, club sandwich and fish soup

  • Latina Café – baked potato or fish soup with dessert

  • Lyngdal Inn – salmon, pork neck and burgers

  • Rosfjord Strandhotel – today’s fish, meat patties and panna cotta

Lyngdal Culture House keeps the pace up throughout the month – from Stein Torleif Bjella (6 November) to an author visit with Fartein Horgar (11 November).
In addition, Oddgeir Bruaset visits Camp Lyngdal with the lecture “Vegen som vart min” on 10 November.

At Byremo Scene, the good vibes continue when Stian Nedrejord brings his comedy show “Et merakkels!” (14 November) – an evening full of laughter, energy and familiar characters.

Toward the end of the month, more highlights await at the Culture House: Symfonica – a rock-inspired Christmas experience, songs by Reidun Nørsett, and the children’s favourite Captain Knuff!
