About the food
At the farmhouse you can be served venison that has lived here in the valley. Many of the other raw ingredients used also grow here, such as potatoes, carrots, onions, apples, rhubarb, redcurrants, blackcurrants, lingonberries, mushrooms - to name just a few. All food is made from scratch from the simple farmhouse kitchen, which shares a space with guest tables and an old traditional baking oven. This creates an intimate atmosphere that is greatly appreciated by guests.
